The Foehn Effect is a contemporary folk act from Aberystwyth, Wales. Inspired by the music of Leonard Cohen, Simon & Garfunkel, and contemporary folk artists The Paper Kites and Gregory Alan Isakov.
Their second studio album, "The Mountain Road Home", was released October 2024. The group is currently recording new music, and playing live at music venues and festivals around the UK.
