What to Expect

Jack Harris was a SXSW showcasing artist at 17. A year later he became the first non-UK, as well as the youngest winner of the New Folk songwriting competition at the Kerville Folk Festival. Previous winners include Gillian Welch, Steve Earle, Dave Carter and Anais Mitchell.

Since then Jack has toured the world and moved happily among the UK’s Folk and Roots circuit, winning critical acclaim for his literate, narrative songs and dynamic performances, blending songcraft and soulful vocals with comedy, monologue and storytelling. Along the way he’s released three highly praised albums and opened shared stages with the likes of Dick Gaughan, Cara Dillon, Richard Shindell and Steve Earle.
