Zoé Watson’s music exists in a delicate and intimate space, somewhere between contemporary folk, soft jazz, and atmospheric, cinematic pop. Her compositions blend piano, guitar, organic textures with a vintage sensibility reminiscent of the 1960s and 1970s. Hailing from the untamed beauty of South Devon’s Dartmoor, some of the moodiness of her local landscape finds its way into Zoé’s artistic universe, as well as her French roots present in her francophone songs. Her influences are diverse but Billie Holiday has remained an inspiration throughout.
